Founding Membership is open to all current and alumni international scholarship recipients who share the mission of S2S and wish to help establish the organization during its initial phase.

Founding Members are encouraged to:

• Support the mission and values of S2S Myanmar.
• Make voluntary monthly contributions according to their capacity during their scholarship period.
• Participate in organizational activities when possible.
• Share ideas, expertise, and professional networks to help S2S grow.
• Serve on committees, such as the Scholarship Committee, if eligible and interested.

Financial contributions and volunteer involvement are always guided by each member’s individual circumstances.

Once we reach our 60 founding members target, we’ll establish organizational committees, finalize scholarship policies, and launch our first scholarship selection for Myanmar university students.

Absolutely. Founding members can volunteer as mentors, review scholarship applications, join organizational committees, and help shape the direction of S2S Myanmar as we grow.

Transparency is one of S2S’s core values. Members will receive regular updates, including:

• Scholarship recipient announcements
• Annual impact reports
• Stories and achievements of scholarship recipients
• Financial summaries
• Organizational news and upcoming activities

Updates will be shared through email, the S2S website, and official social media channels.

Yes. Any additional voluntary contribution will directly strengthen the scholarship fund and expand support for students.

Yes. S2S Myanmar is built on voluntary participation. Members may pause or discontinue their monthly contributions at any time. We understand that personal and financial circumstances may change, and we appreciate every contribution, regardless of its duration.

Founding Members will participate in major organizational decisions according to the S2S Constitution and governance policies.
