Our Programs

S2S Myanmar is developing a range of programs to support the education, personal development, and future careers of university students in Myanmar. Our programs are designed not only to provide financial assistance but also to connect local students with international scholars and professionals who will share their knowledge, experiences, and guidance.

Scholarship Program

Supporting University Students, Creating Opportunities.

The S2S Myanmar Scholarship Program aims to provide financial support to eligible university students in Myanmar who face educational and financial barriers..

Application Status: Opening in 2027. Detailed eligibility criteria, application guidelines, and application dates will be announced before the program opens.

Scholar & Career Journey Sharing

Every scholar has a meaningful journey that we can learn.

Through interactive sharing sessions and discussions, international scholars will share their real-life experiences, including:

  • How they found and applied for international scholarships
  • Preparing for scholarship applications
  • Experiences of studying abroad
  • Challenges and lessons learned
  • Building international networks

These sessions aim to help students learn from real experiences, explore possibilities, and make more informed decisions about their own academic and career journeys.

Status: Coming in 2027. Sessions will be held online through live discussions, sharing circles, and interactive Q&A.

Language Learning Program

Language skills can create new opportunities for education, communication, international collaboration, and future careers.

S2S Myanmar will provide accessible language-learning opportunities for Myanmar university students through classes led by experienced volunteers.

Japanese Language Program

Our initial language program will focus on Japanese, providing students with opportunities to gain exposure to it.

The program may include:

  • Basic Japanese language classes
  • Practical communication
  • Study-related Japanese knowledge
  • Opportunities to practice with people who have experience living or studying in Japan
